Vipers SC coach Fred kajoba has continued to shape his squad ahead of the new season. The gaffer who has so far confirmed over four new signings has now decided to release midfielder Brian Nkuubi.

The 26 year has found himself out of favor at the club where he had established himself as a vital cog with in the clubs engine room. The addition of new sighing Bagoole meant that Brain would have to look for pastures new after his career got hampered by injuries and lack of form in recent seasons.

The energetic midfielder will not be short of suitors as his vast experience will be needed by many premier league clubs. Nkuubi joined vipers from Kira young in 2015 and has enjoyed a five year stint at the kitende based club.

As Vipers continue to shape their squad ahead of continental football next season, they’ve also confirmed that goalkeeper Derrick Ochan has left the club after a mutual agreement between the club and his representatives to terminate a two year contract.

Other players to be released include left back Dan Birikwalira who impressed when Vipers won the 2014/15 league title, is also on his way out, having seen the recent loan with Kyetume United hampered by injury,Janjali Joseph who was on loan at Brightstars together with Dickens Okwir (Paidha Black Angels), Ibrahim Kiyemba (Wakiso Giants), Duncan Seninde (Wakiso Giants) and Farouk Musisi are also leaving after mutually terminating their existing contracts.

The new departure will help reduce the headache of selection that was lying ahead for Coach Kajoba and also reduce the financial stress in Vipers SC financial books.
