Mikel Arteta has given his verdict about the Arsenal board and the fans after the fans flew a banner over Villa Park attacking the Gunners board.
The banner aimed at reminding the board about how the fans are not satisfied with the Kroenke family’s investment in the club. The Kroenke family has always been given a lot of stick by Arsenal fans and Pundits for not aiming at investing the club that has seen the club performances decline ever since they took full control of the club.
The Gunners were one goal down against Aston villa when the Arsenal fans started Flying a plane with the “Back Arteta, Kroenke out ” banner.

However, Arteta has come out to clear the Arsenal Board’s name claiming that the Arsenal hierarchy has a plan for the club and if he knew he wouldn’t be backed he wouldn’t have joined the club.
When asked about the banner that was flying over villa Park after the game, Arteta quickly interrupted, “No, no, no.”
He added, “The Kroenkes and the board and the sporting director, I feel full backing with all of them.”
Arteta also went ahead and cleared the air about doubts that the club might have forced him to say what he said: “The fans have to believe what I am saying because if I did not believe it I would not say that.”
After the loss to Aston Villa at Villa Park, Arteta is leading to their worst Premier League finish in history in the last 25 years.
