A few hours ago the bad character boss and musician Khalifah Aganaga made a press conference to express his dissatisfaction after the Uganda Musicians Association debited his account with one hundred thousand shillings. (ugx 100,000) as money to help him after fully registering with the association.
The angry Aganaga said that people should learn to take the musicians seriously, and if they are offering money to them, they should offer reasonable amounts to help the association. He went ahead and said “The main reason why I have returned the money is that the association needs it more than me. Me I can support myself but if all members are getting that money then something is wrong and the industry can’t grow on such small funds.”
This is not the first time the kiboko hitmaker finds himself on the other side of the association. He advised the administration of the Uganda Musicians Association to lobby understandable funds for the musicians because the music industry is one of the most expensive industries to sustain itself.
