With roughly one billion monthly active users, Instagram belongs to the most popular social networks worldwide. The social photo and video sharing app are especially popular in the United States and India, both of which have nearly 140 million Instagram users each launched their latest product known as the ” Instagram Lite” yesterday which is the simplified user friendly, and data saving mode The app, which is rolling out in more than 170 countries, arrived not a moment too soon.
Despite consuming less space storage less than 2MBs, the new product from the Facebook company really has limited access to most of the features that are connected to the main Instagram application. The app users will be able to view Reels but not create them, and advertisements will not appear on the app as of now, although both of these features may arrive with more expanded functionality down the line. Facebook says some cosmetic customization options like “dark mode” will still be available in there coming updates of the app
The new application is likely to be released this week and will be first used by Android device users in around 170 countries, we hope with time the application will be added on the apple app store. This is the second time the application will be released.
