Express have continued their spending spree as they confirmed the capture of Isaac Nsengiyunva. The industrious midfielder has joined the Red eagles from the regional side Free Stars FC.
Isaac has joined Express on a three-year deal and will be expected to provide a shield for the back four as follow new signings Yaya Mahad Kakooza and Abel Eturude worry about creating of the goals.
The red eagles confirmed the arrival of Nsengiyunva on their official website with a statement that read “Express FC have struck again snapping up defensive midfielder Isaac Nsengiyunva ahead of the new season.”
“Muganda” like he’s fondly known by his peers expressed his delight in making the move from regional football to the premier league football in an interview after he put pen on paper on a three-year deal.“I am exceedingly humbled to join the red eagles, I have read a lot about the club and I like the direction it’s taking, am here to help the team achieve its targets in the future” Nsengiyunva revealed.
Nsengiyunva now becomes Express’ ninth signing of the season as Wasswa Bossa tries to guide them to their first-ever silverware in nine years.
