BET award winning artiste Edrisah Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo has been unveiled as the new Ugandan Tourism Board Ambassador.
Eddy Kenzo has been unveiled as the ambassador in an event that happened today presided over by the state minister for tourism, wildlife, and antiquities – Hon Suubi Kiwanda.
In 2017, Kenya appointed Kenzo as a tourism ambassador after he signed a deal with Kenya Airways. Therefore this role is something he has done before.
Eddy Kenzo now replaces Miss Uganda and Miss World-Africa, Quinn Abenakyo, who was working alongside Zari Hassan and Anita Fabiola.
Kenzo has received a lot of global recognition and awards which has marked his spot in rising the country’s flag higher each year.
He is one of the few Ugandan artists that continues to have sold out concerts even out of Uganda.
This makes him the perfect replacement of Quinn Abenakyo because where he will go, he will be a symbol of Uganda’s tourism.
