Arsenal FC has confirmed the return of Dani Ceballos on a season-long loan from Real Madrid.
The gunners confirmed his return with a statement on their website that read “Dani Ceballos has rejoined us for a second successive season-long loan from Real Madrid.”
The Spanish midfielder spent last with the gunners and it was his performances in the middle of the park that convinced the Gunners to sanction a deal for his return.
Real Madrid was keen to keep the 24-year-old this season but his desire to play next summers Euros played a huge part in his decision to return to the Emirates.
Following confirmation of his return, Last season’s FA cup winner showed his delight on joining the Gunners again by thanking the fans for sending him messages requesting him to return and also showing that he’s loved at the Emirates. “I think everyone will have seen last season that from the moment I joined, I bought into the club completely and always gave 100 percent both on and off the pitch, The fans repaid me for that by showing me a lot of love… when I was at home they were sending me messages asking me to come back and saying that they needed me here. I think they’ll be as happy as I am that I’m back and I’m sure we have a great year ahead of us this season.” Dani Ceballos told the official website.
Dani Ceballos will wear the number 8 shirt at the Emirates next season hoping to give all for the Gunners that have shown in him faith for a second season running
