Former Police spokesperson, AIGP Asan Kasingye has tested negative for COVID-19.
The news comes as a relief after the Police Chief Political Commissar has been battling the illness since 23rd August, 2020.
As was the case on 23rd August, the avid Twitter user took to the social media site announce the “GOOD NEW” that he had gotten his new test results back, reading negative.
While he was in isolation trying to recover, Kasingye became an advocate for vigilance and health living. He sprayed his Twitter account with messages of sanitizing, wearing masks, and observing social distances.
Uganda has so far registered 3,900 cases, 1817 recoveries and 46 deaths of COVID19.
